CHSS Web Team

The CHSSWeb team runs a system which hosts all CHSS department and program web sites, and most center websites, in one shared content management system. This system makes maintaining your website easy and non-technical. It puts control of site content into the hands of the people the sites represent. Our team maintains that system and adds new features to it. We provide training and resources for the people who manage web sites and help them plan how to most effectively use their web presence. We schedule trainings frequently and will also do so on request.

We also maintain a comprehensive CHSSWeb help site at https://chssweb.gmu.edu.

The CHSSWeb system imports program and course information from the catalog and course section and faculty information from Banner. All CHSS faculty and staff may log into the system to update their own bios. Instructional faculty may add syllabi, descriptions, and promotional images to the classes they are teaching. You do not need to be a site editor or attend a training to update your bio. Visit https://to.gmu.edu/bio for more information on editing your bio.
